The INS 110 is a two-axis inclinometer measuring tilt from ±90° on both X and Y axes simultaneously. With ±0.15° accuracy and PNP open collector or relay output, it provides reliable tilt switching — alerting when a machine, vehicle, or structure exceeds a set angle. IP64 protection suits industrial, outdoor, and mobile equipment.

The switching angle setpoint is configurable. When the measured tilt exceeds the preset threshold on either X or Y axis, the output switches. Hysteresis is built in to prevent rapid switching near the threshold. For continuous analog output, see the INS 130.
