Warranty & Service Policy

Our service terms are designed to be transparent and fair. Here is what you can expect.

  • The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery of the product.
  • The warranty does not apply if the product has been used outside the specifications in the user manual, opened or repaired by an unauthorised party, or has been exposed to liquid contact or physical impact.
  • During the warranty period, faults arising from factory defect will be repaired at no charge - no labour cost, no parts cost, no other fees.
  • For products with an expired warranty or faults caused by user error, repair is chargeable. We will provide a written quote and will not begin any repair work without your explicit approval.
  • We are not responsible for products that are not approved by the customer for repair within 30 days of receiving a repair quotation.
  • Ideal fault detection time is 2 working days; maximum fault detection time is 10 working days from receipt of the product.
  • Maximum repair completion time is 20 working days from the date fault diagnosis is confirmed and repair is approved by the customer.
