Inductive Touchless Linear — 1 µm Resolution, 500 Hz
The ILT 110 is an inductive touchless linear position sensor delivering 1 µm resolution at 500 Hz update rate. Unlike resistive transducers, the inductive principle requires no mechanical contact — the sensing element never wears. The absolute measuring principle means position is retained even after a power cycle, without battery backup. Multiple output options including SSI, CANopen, and RS-485 allow integration into any control architecture.
Touchless inductive measurement — no mechanical wear, maintenance-free
1 µm resolution — precision positioning for demanding applications
500 Hz update rate — fast response for dynamic motion control
Absolute measurement — position retained after power cycle, no battery required
Analog, SSI, CANopen, RS-485 outputs — flexible integration into any control system
IP64 protection — resistant to dust and splash water
